This Grilled Peach Recipe makes an amazing bbq dessert or snack idea with frozen fruit, a grilled peach crumble!
Grilled fruit is a cool idea as a finale to any grilled supper.
Everyone loves ♥ peaches, so why not dazzle them with a unique dessert with fruit on the bbq?
This recipe is for 2 people, but can easily be adapted for a large group.
2 cups sliced frozen peaches, thawed
4 tsp. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 tsp. cold butter
2 pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil - (DOUBLED) - 18" x 12"
In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
Add the thawed peaches to the bowl, and toss to coat.
In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and the brown sugar, and then cut in the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
For each serving bundle, place one half of the peach mixture on a double thickness of heavy-duty aluminum foil, and sprinkle one half of the crumb mixture over top of the peaches.
Fold the foil around the peaches and the mixture, and seal tightly.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for about 5 - 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender.
