The whey powder or high fiber addition is optional.

You can easily substitute different fruits with fruit you have on hand in these smoothie recipes.

Making a Fruit Smoothie for breakfast or brunch is a great way to encourage kids (and adults), to include more fruits in their daily diet.

Adding optional fiber cereal, or whey protein powder to a breakfast smoothie, will make the smoothie taste good and even more healthy!
