If you are looking for a breakfast or brunch to enjoy while socializing over an extended meal, a fondue is a great idea!

Remember, everyone LOVES something different!

2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 cup milk
4 medium size eggs
4 tbsp. butter, melted, divided
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
8 - thick slices of soft French Bread
1/2 cup peach jam
2 tbsp. orange juice

Heat oven to 375° F.

Cut the bread into 1" cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, milk, eggs, 3 tbsp. melted butter and the cinnamon.

Gently toss the bread in the milk mixture until well coated.

Spread 1 tbsp. melted butter on a cookie baking sheet.

Add the bread cubes in a single layer, and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes at 375° F.

Remove the baked bread cubes from the baking sheet, and serve immediately with peach dipping sauce.

See below for the Dipping Sauce Recipes.

To make Peach Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine the peach jam and the orange juice.

Microwave on medium-low for about 1 minute or until well combined and smooth, stirring after 1/2 minute.

Suggested Additional Toppings:

Finely chopped nuts, diced fruit, and coconut.

Note - You can easily substitute other jam, for example raspberry jam, strawberry jam, or apricot jam instead of, or in addition to the peach jam.
