I love my oil spray container that can be filled with my own choice of oil product. It works great for leafy green salads too!

Directions
Cut the thawed puff pastry into 4" rounds using a cookie cutter.
Pierce each round several times (to prevent pastry from buckling up in the oven).
Bake the pastry rounds as per the package instructions, until golden brown.
In a pan, over medium-low heat, combine the brown sugar, whipping cream and butter, and stir constantly until the well combined, and the sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a large bowl toss the melted butter and the apple slice to coat.
Prepare the grill for medium heat.
Preheat a perforated grill pan over direct medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the slices of apple to the grill pan, and grill with the lid closed most of the time, until apples are browned and tender, about 4 minutes.
Turn apples over, and grill for about another 4 minutes.
Transfer apples slices to a bowl.
If sauce has cooled too much, reheat it over low heat, and then spoon some of the sauce over the grilled apple slices, gently tossing to coat.
Place a pastry round on each dessert plate, arrange the grilled apples on top, and spoon the remaining caramel sauce over the apple slices.Add a dollop of whipped cream.
ENJOY!
