Healthy Low Calorie Peach Raspberry Smoothie

Make this Low Fat Peach Smoothie Recipe with Raspberries for a healthy low-fat and low-calorie smoothie with fat-free yogurt.

You can use fresh OR frozen peaches and raspberries to create this smoothie drink!

Peach Raspberry Smoothie with Yogurt / Low Fat /Low CalorieA Homemade Low-Fat Peach-Raspberry Smoothie

This smoothie is full of healthy ingredients, including yogurt and oats. It makes a healthy snack or breakfast smoothie!


If you are using frozen peaches, you may need less ice cubes, so just adjust the recipe to your liking.

2 fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened, frozen raspberries
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
6 ice cubes
a few peach slices or raspberries, for garnish, optional


In a blender, combine the ice, milk, and the yogurt and blend to combine.

Add the oats, and the peaches and blend again.

Add the raspberries and pulse a few times to mix them in.

Pour into glasses.

Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.

Garnish with fruit, (optional).

Serves 2.
