You can use fresh OR frozen peaches and raspberries to create this smoothie drink!
This smoothie is full of healthy ingredients, including yogurt and oats. It makes a healthy snack or breakfast smoothie!
Ingredients
If you are using frozen peaches, you may need less ice cubes, so just adjust the recipe to your liking.
2 fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened, frozen raspberries
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup skim milk
3/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
6 ice cubes
a few peach slices or raspberries, for garnish, optional
Directions
In a blender, combine the ice, milk, and the yogurt and blend to combine.
Add the oats, and the peaches and blend again.
Add the raspberries and pulse a few times to mix them in.
Pour into glasses.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.
Garnish with fruit, (optional).
Serves 2.
