This Low Fat Peach Dessert Recipe makes a quick and easy Low Fat Peach Cobbler that tastes scrumptious!

You can use fresh peaches, canned peaches, or frozen peaches to make this Peach Cobbler Dessert.
Serve this delicious low fat dish warm or cool with low fat whipped topping, low fat whipped dessert topping, or Greek Yogurt.
Ingredients
Note - If using canned peach slices, strain the peaches in a sieve, and discard the excess liquid.
If using frozen peach slices, thaw them first, strain the peaches in a sieve, and discard the excess liquid, and increase the biscuit mix amount by 1/4 cup.
4 cups peach slices, (fresh, frozen, or canned peaches)
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
1/2 cup low fat milk 1 cup low fat biscuit mix (Example: "Bisquick")
1/4 cup refrigerated liquid egg substitute
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
fat free whipped topping, or fat free yogurt, for garnish fresh blueberries, for garnish, optional
Directions
In a bowl, combine the peaches, 1/4 sugar, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, and then spoon mixture into an 8" or 9" square baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix (Bisquick), remaining 1/2 cup sugar, and the remaining 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
Stir in the milk, the liquid egg substitute, canola oil, vanilla extract, and the lemon juice.
Pour the batter over top of the peaches in the baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 50 - 55 minutes, or until lightly browned, and a toothpick inserted into the topping comes out clean.
Allow cobbler to cool for 15 minutes and serve, (or serve cold).
Garnish with cinnamon and sugar, fat free whipped topping or yogurt, and fresh blueberries, if desired.
