This Peach Marmalade Recipe includes oranges and pears to make a winning combination for a cooked peach jam preserves.

A breakfast or brunch toast with this peach marmalade will be sure to send everyone's taste buds for a trip!
Ingredients
5 cups granulated sugar
1 pkg. - 1 3/4 oz. size - powdered pectin
1 medium size orange
2 cups peeled, pitted, chopped fresh pears
2 cups peeled, pitted, chopped fresh peaches
Directions
Finely grate the rind from the orange, then peel, and section the orange fruit.
In a Dutch oven size pan, place the orange sections and the rind.
Add the chopped peaches and the chopped pears to the pan.
Stir in the pectin powder.
Bring mixture to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly to avoid sticking and burning.
Stir in the sugar, and bring mixture to a full, rolling boil.
Boil for 1 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking and burning.
Remove from heat, and skim off foam.
Ladle the hot mixture into hot sterilized pint jars, leaving 1/4" headspace.
Remove air bubbles, wipe rims with a clean cloth, and tighten lids.
Process for 5 minutes in a boiling water bath.

Makes about 4 pints.
