This Peach Salad Recipe uses canned peaches (OR substitute the canned peaches with canned fruit cocktail), iceberg lettuce, berries and cottage cheese to make a delicious salad!
Here is a salad to serve that has both eye appeal and palate appeal!
This recipe uses cottage cheese and peaches served on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, and topped with fresh raspberries.

Ingredients
**or fruit cocktail
1/2 head (medium size) iceberg lettuce (shredded)
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup (14 oz.) canned **sliced peaches, drained, reserve juice
2 tbsps. reserved juice
1/4 cup fresh raspberries (or other berries)
Directions
Place the shredded lettuce on a plate.
Spoon the cottage cheese into the middle of the bed of lettuce.
Arrange the peach slices around the cottage cheese.
Drizzle the reserved peach juice over top of all.
Top with the fresh raspberries.
