This recipe almost tastes like a peach cobbler without the crust.
This peach recipe can also be made using other fruit you may have on hand, including canned, fresh, or frozen.
Ingredients
1 can (15 oz. size, approx.) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. rolled oats
whipped cream, ice cream, or other garnish, optional
Directions
In a small, oven-proof baking dish, mix together the flour, brown sugar, rolled oats, and the cinnamon.
Bake at 375° F for about 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool for about 10 minutes, and serve warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, Greek yogurt, or whipped dessert topping, if desired.
Serves about 4.
