I used this homemade graham crumb crust recipe.
1 - 9" graham crumb pie crust (homemade or purchased)
3/4 sliced, fresh peaches or canned peaches (12 oz. can size)
1 pkg. (3 oz. size) peach flavoured gelatin (Example: "Jello")
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup small ice cubes
1 envelope dessert topping mix (Example: "Dream Whip")
2 tbsp. raspberry jam (or other red jam)
Arrange the sliced peaches on the graham crumb pie crust.
Prepare the dessert topping as per the package instructions, (should make 2 cups of whipped dessert topping).
Dissolve the flavoured gelatin in the boiling water, stir well, and then immediately add the ice cubes.
Stir constantly until the gelatin begins to thicken (about 3 - 4 minutes).
Immediately add the prepared topping to the jelly and beat with an electric mixer until well blended, (about 1 minute).
Spoon, or pour, over the peach slices in the pie crust.
Stir the jam to soften it, (you may heat it slightly, and drizzle it over the pie.
Using a knife, zigzag through the mixture to create a marble effect.
Chill in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours before serving.
