This Peach Smoothie with berries and milk and yogurt is quick and easy and makes a very healthy and refreshing fruit smoothie drink.
You can use fresh OR frozen fruit for this recipe!
If you are using frozen fruit, you do not need to add the ice cubes.
You can substitute strawberries for the raspberries or the blackberries if you wish ... Be creative ... make your own smoothie creation!
I find that making smoothies for kids is a great way to include healthy fruit in their daily diet!
2 cups slice peaches (fresh or frozen peaches)
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen raspberries)
1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen blackberries)
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups peach yogurt (or plain yogurt)
1 cup ice
In a blender, crush the ice with a little of the milk.
Add the yogurt, the remaining milk and the peaches.
Blend until smooth.
Add the raspberries and the blackberries, and continue to blend until desired consistency is reached.
Pour into glasses and serve.
Makes about 5 1/2 cups.
Serves 2 - 4.
