TWO easy Recipes for Soy Smoothies to make your own soy fruit smoothie at home with peaches or strawberries and bananas.

Choose between "Mixed Fruit Soy Smoothie", and "Peach Soy Smoothie", for a great tasting smoothie!

Remember, smoothies are scrumptiously delicious AND they are healthy to drink!

Smoothies are considered healthy beverages because they are typically packed with the vitamins and nutrients needed to maintain a healthy, balanced diet.

These soy smoothies are a great way of making sure our kids, (and everyone!), receive essential nutrients.

Recipe #1 - Peach Soy Smoothie

Note - If you are using fresh peaches instead of frozen peaches, I would suggest adding a little more ice when blending the ingredients together.


1 1/2 cups frozen peaches, diced or sliced
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp. honey, or to taste
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract, or to taste


In a blender, combine the soy milk, peaches, and the honey and blend until well combined.

Add the vanilla extract and the ice cubes, and blend until desired consistency.

Serve immediately.

Makes 2 smoothies.

Recipe #2 - Mixed Fruit Soy Smoothie

Note - You can easily substitute fresh peaches instead of frozen peaches for this smoothie, however I would add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the ingredient list if using fresh peaches.


2 cups vanilla flavoured soy milk beverage
1 cup *frozen peaches, sliced or diced
1 banana, sliced
10 strawberries
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon, optional


In a blender, combine the soy milk, peaches, banana blend until well combined.

Add the strawberries and the cinnamon, and blend until desired consistency.

Serve immediately.

Makes 2 smoothies.
